We can finance the construction of your new home in-house, or arrange for your own financing through one of our banking relationships. We specialize in designing a finance package that best meets your needs. We are more than happy in designing a special financing package just for you from construction financing through a competitive end loan Pricing Options Once you have decided upon the Signature Group, we will begin designing your new home within your budget. There are three pricing choices available to help you feel comfortable with the process. Firm Bid - We will use your final plans to obtain bids from our suppliers and subcontractors, then provide you a detailed, 60-page construction specification contract with a firm bid for your new home. Cost Plus - We will estimate a realistic budget range for your new home using the preliminary architectural plans and offer a monthly invoice system of actual cost plus a percentage fee. Fee Based - We will build your home at our cost and negotiate a monthly construction management fee based upon the scope of the project. |
