Depending upon your needs we can take your home from a design sketch through move-in, satisfying all your interior needs. As one of a select few Custom Homebuilders with on site interior design assistance, we can also save costs and work within your budgeting needs. The reputation of our staff has enabled us to actually provide interior design and decorating for our competitors.

New Home Selection Assistance:

One of the most intimidating parts of building a new home is the actual selection of the finish items within your home. Pricing, design, new products, and pushy salespeople make the process all the more difficult.  Our standard Lifestyle Design Service takes the worry out of a cumbersome process. With each home we provide a step by step process with showroom salespeople assigned to Signature Homes and experienced with our standards and with your budget. Our in house interior designer will work personally with you explaining in detail every phase of the standard selection process and providing easy to use forms specifically designed for your home.

Decorating and Design

Should you so desire, we are also available for hire at a nominal additional cost to assist you in all your detailed decorating needs. We can obtain furniture and accessory discounts from most major suppliers, and are capable of providing custom built-ins, custom built furniture, draperies and window treatments, and most anything you feel you may need. In addition, we can provide faux finish specialists, artwork, custom wall covering treatments such as leathering, sponge work, fade work, stenciling, and many other custom details for your home. From color coordination to hardware selection, or furniture layout to furniture design, we are available to fill most all your decorating needs.
