Our Construction staff checks the quality and scheduling of your new home every day.

"I would be remiss if I didn't tell you how pleased we are with our new home and your follow-up care.  It is reassuring that your commitment to total quality continues with each new home you build."

Mike Roe

"Throughout the building process, we were impressed by the special attention we received from you, your staff, and all of your subcontractors.   Your follow-through continued after the sale, which is unique in the industry."

Tim and Patty Lally

"While our home was built while we were out of town, we were concerned about the final product matching our expectations.  I would like to thank you for making our vision come true."

Signature Homes Quality Assurance

Our architectural design, attention to detail, and commitment to quality should reinforce your decision to build with the best custom builder, enforcing quality through homeowner involvement.  When you hear Signature Homes, you automatically think of custom craftsmanship, and a level of quality that is unsurpassed.   Combine that with our most important asset, the buyer, you come up with our 4 Point Quality Assurance Program.  Although you are welcome to visit your new home at any time during the process, we do request that you make an appointment for safety and insurance purposes.  But we do, however, encourage our buyers to be involved in 4 important quality check points.

  1. Foundation

Our construction manager will meet the buyer on site to explain the foundation pouring, strength of foundation, proper drainage of water, and any other aspects or questions associated with this inspection.

  2. Framing - Electrical

This inspection is very informative because we will review all of the quality materials used in building your custom home; from the grade of lumber used, to the "Signature Systems" environmental energy package.  We will explain how these quality materials are going to benefit you, the homeowner.  We also prefer to address any window alignments or additions at this point in order to maximize exterior views while maintaining privacy.  We will also cover all major items associated with the plumbing or electrical, and you will walk your home with our electrician to insure proper placement of fixtures.  This quality check point is a major step in the process of insuring top quality, as well as a last chance to view the "mechanics" of your new home before drywall.

  3. Drywall

This quality check is the best example of our desire to have the homeowner truly involved in the full process and quality inspection of your new home.  After the prime coat of paint is applied, we actually invite our homeowners to perform a a drywall punch list.  You walk freely throughout the house with our Quality Assurance Manager and actually mark any drywall imperfections you may notice.  This will insure "an extra set of eyes" for our final drywall touch-up and final coats of paint, and further insure we are building to your quality standards, not ours.

  4. Walk Thru

Last, but not least, we will review materials' warranties; Signature Homes exclusive Warranty, and all the finish items of your new home.  Proper care, maintenance, and use of certain articles within the home will also be discussed.

  5. Yearly Service

As part of our extensive warranty program, we will again walk your home with you at the end of your one year anniversary and complete a full home service procedure. We will correct any defects and repair all drywall imperfections in excess of Industry standards. At Signature Homes we know yo8u are the best salesperson we could have, and we also know how important this year end service work is to your happiness.
